Hops Cycling

First day
After settling into our accommodations, we’ll hop on our bikes and ride through the hopfields and up some nearby hills. We’ll refresh ourselves on the panoramic Hom. Upon our descent into the valley, we’ll taste some beer at the world’s only Beer Fountain and, later, over dinner.
Cycling: 25-35 km, 400-800 m of total elevation gain

Second day
After breakfast, we’ll prepare our equipment for a day and a night in the field, and hand it in for transport. We’ll take a bike ride to the celebrated Eco-Museum of Hop-Growing and Brewing Industry and, afterwards, set out on a longer mountain-biking tour. Hop delicacies provided at several stops amidst nature are guaranteed to restore our strength. We’ll round off our day indulging in slow food, various beers and a relaxing Jacuzzi bath.
Cycling: 30-40 km, 1000-1500 m of total elevation gain

Third day
After breakfast, you can choose your own Sunday activities: a rest in nature or a short mountain-biking tour around the nearby hills. After enjoying an authentic hop-picker meal
under a kozolec (typical Slovene hayrack), it will be time to clean and service the bikes, pack up whatever reminds us best of the first HOPS Valley adventure, and part our ways in the hope of meeting again soon!
